Job summary

Mercantile Bank of Michigan is seeking a System Integration Analyst to support reliable data exchange across banking platforms. The role involves analyzing integration needs, designing and testing solutions, and coordinating incident resolution in a hybrid work setting out of Wyoming, MI.

You will work with core banking, digital banking, onboarding, CRM, and other systems, using APIs, ETL, MoveIT, and middleware to deliver secure, auditable integrations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in system integrations.
• Deep experience with core banking integrations and Mulesoft.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and online/mobile banking apps.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze integration needs and deliver well-documented solutions.
• Design, configure, develop, test, and support integrations using APIs, ETL, MoveIT and middleware.
• Monitor integration jobs, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate timely resolution.
