• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit prospective agency owners and staff through online platforms, networking, and local events.
• Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Support hiring process from initial contact through onboarding and documentation.
• Collaborate with district team to align recruiting with business objectives and track metrics.
• Represent the district office at career fairs and local events; maintain accurate ATS records.
