Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct business consultations with new and prospective Farmers agency owners.
• Analyze agency performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Help develop growth plans, sales strategies, and operational processes.
• Coach on financial planning, marketing initiatives, customer retention, and compliance.
• Collaborate with district leadership to onboard new agencies and ensure tool availability.
