Job summary

Farmers Insurance District Office 25-19 is seeking a Recruiting Manager to drive high-volume talent acquisition for its Northern Ohio district, including the Toledo, Columbus, and Cleveland markets.

You’ll recruit new agency owners and agency staff, consult with candidates and agency owners on staffing needs, present the Farmers agency model, and manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline from initial contact through placement.

• Experience recruiting and sourcing candidates for agency or sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline and track outcomes.

Responsibilities

• $35,000-$55,000 starting base salary
