Qualifications

• Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully-paid by Farmers Insurance).
• Comfortable working in a high-reward, sales environment.
• Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships by assessing client needs, educating them on coverage options, and providing ongoing policy reviews and exceptional service.
• Proactively generate leads and build a growing book of business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and consistent community involvement.
• Team up with the District and other Associates to hit sales goals and support marketing initiatives while staying sharp on product knowledge, industry trends, and Farmers training.

In this role, you will build your foundational experience with the dedicated support to eventually scale and lead your own fully operational Farmers agency. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work capabilities and scheduled in-person training.
