Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee food service operations across multiple sites in a correctional environment. You will promote quality, sanitation, safety, and timely service, coordinating daily activities and reporting to the Regional Vice President.

The role combines onsite and remote work with a focus on finance, operations, and staff development. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in food service management, plus a background in business or culinary with finance

Qualifications

• Four to six years of management/supervisory experience in food service, preferably corrections
• Education background in business or culinary with focus on Finance and Accounting (or equivalent experience)
• Bi-lingualism is a plus
• Understanding of government regulations (local, state, federal)
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills for financial reporting and record-keeping
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Experience creating a Sales pro forma and supporting sales staff
• Knowledge of basic PC operations and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of food service operations at multiple sites in a correctional environment.
• Coordinate activities across daily operations of multiple food service units.
• Work onsite and remotely; report to Regional Vice President.
• Implement short/long term financial and operational plans.
• Verify satisfaction systems and analyze performance results.
• Ensure staff development and compliance with labor regulations.
