Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. – parent to Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products – seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple food service operations in a correctional environment. You will promote quality, sanitation, safety, and timely service across sites, coordinating daily operations and staff across locations.

You will work onsite and remotely, reporting to the Regional Vice President. The role requires leadership, financial acumen, and strong collaboration with administrators

Qualifications

• Four to six years management/supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a corrections environment.
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills in financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Experience creating a Sales pro forma; support sales staff in pursuit of new business.

Responsibilities

• Implement short/long term financial and operational plans supporting overall goals.
• Assist the performance of operations through verification and analysis of satisfaction systems.
• Maintain a human resource function to ensure staff development and compliance with labor regulations.
• Ensure inventory levels and cost accounting for financial reviews.
• Oversee timely food preparation meeting nutritional and Health Dept. standards.
• Ensure safe use of kitchen equipment and cross-training across locations.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with staff, clients, and the public.
• Be active in professional organizations and maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
