The role requires coordinating activities, ensuring quality, sanitation, safety, and on-time service, while reporting to the Regional Vice President.

Located in Arkansas, relocation assistance will be provided. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of managerial experience in food service, with a background in finance/accounting,

• 4–6 years management/supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a corrections environment.
• Education in business or culinary with focus on Finance and Accounting; equivalent combinations considered.
• Understanding of government regulations (local, state, federal) affecting operations.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Experience in effective oral and written communications.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
