Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee food service operations across multiple sites in a correctional environment. You will manage financial plans, ensure quality, safety, and timely service, and coordinate activities across locations.

You will lead staff development, ensure compliance with health and regulatory standards, and travel up to 75% to support operations. This role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires Arkansas residency or relocation

Qualifications

• Four to six years in management/supervisory roles in food service, preferably corrections.
• Experience with budgeting/financial reporting and cost control.
• Experience developing staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards (DOH, HACCP).
• Ability to travel up to 75% and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial and operational plans to meet goals.
• Support operations via performance analysis and satisfaction metrics.
• Lead HR related activities to develop staff and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory control and prepare cost analyses for reviews.
• Ensure timely food preparation meeting nutritional and contract standards.
• Oversee safe operation of kitchen equipment and cross-training across sites.
• Build relationships with staff, administrators, clients, and the public.
• Assist district and regional managers as needed.
