Trinity Services Group Inc. seeks a Traveling Food Service Director to lead food service operations across multiple sites. You’ll manage the kitchen’s operational and financial duties within a designated region and supervise Food Service Supervisors and Cooks in a secure correctional facility.

You report to the District Manager and may travel frequently. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, experience with kitchen sanitation, a ServSafe Manager certification, and a willingness to travel up

Competenze

• Three years of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Five years' of management or supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification required.
• Valid driver license and knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety standards.
• Basic accounting and math skills for reports.

Mansioni

• Oversee quantities of food prepared and served per site plan.
• Hire, orient, train and issue corrective action to team members.
• Review payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Ensure staff are trained to perform duties safely.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for planned menus.
• Comply with client obligations and maintain onsite reports.
• Travel up to 100% from home base including overnight stays.
• Maintain ServSafe Manager certification.
