Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in power delivery or related infrastructure.
• Experience leading complex transmission/substation projects for electric utilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget and risk.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement program delivery plans aligned with client expectations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multidisciplinary resources.
• Oversee governance, standards, and escalation procedures.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality across the program.
• Mentor project managers and drive continuous improvement in delivery.
• Engage clients, present reports, and manage key relationships.
