Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from ABET-accredited school.
• 8+ years of experience or 6+ years with a master's degree.
• Experience leading engineering personnel and projects.
• Knowledge of NESC and client construction standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and lead others.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight, direction, and support for project teams.
• Function as client point of contact on project issues.
• Collaborate with design managers on schedule and quality control.
• Oversee capital, reliability, and customer project work.
• Facilitate collaboration and manage resources per client needs.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC for the design team.
