Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with emphasis on agribusiness, business administration, or equivalent.
• Five or more years banking or related agricultural lending experience.
• Understanding of agricultural lending principles and Farm Credit System policies.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, Association policies, and procedures.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Manager in gathering information for credit decisions.
• Develop credit packages and loan servicing actions.
• Analyze credit information and determine need for further investigation.
• Request appraisals, verifications, credit reports, and lien searches as needed.
• Prepare loan analyses, financial statements, cash flows, trend sheets and narratives.
