Job summary

Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Dispensary Manager for a Hybrid role overseeing the TX location’s daily operations, including a retail pickup site and a delivery hub.

This position starts as a single operator site, handling order fulfillment, inventory, and compliance with state cannabis regulations, while coordinating two days of retail and three days of delivery per patient demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispensary operations and retail coordination.
• Knowledge of state cannabis regulations and compliance practices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking to meet patient demand.
• Oversee retail dispensary operations during open hours and assist patients.
• Process retail transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling.
• Deliver time-sensitive orders and ensure secure transport and documentation.
