Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Dispensary Manager (Hybrid) to oversee the TXOG dispensary location's day-to-day operations, including retail pickup and delivery hubs, with two days retail and three days delivery pending patient demand.

You will ensure compliance with state medical cannabis regulations, manage inventory, supervise fulfillment, and deliver exceptional patient service. This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail dispensary operations preferred.
• Ability to verify prescriptions and provide product guidance.
• Comfort with handling cash and POS transactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee order fulfillment operations and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
• Resolve operational issues and patient complaints.
• Maintain effective communication among team members.
• Oversee retail dispensary operations during open hours.
• Assist patients during order pickup and provide product guidance.
• Process retail transactions through the POS system.
• Manage order staging and pickup flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional retail environment.
