Job summary

Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is seeking a Dispensary Manager (Hybrid) to oversee daily operations at a TXOG location serving both retail pickup and delivery. The role starts as a single-operator site and requires fulfilling orders, managing retail operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities cover order fulfillment, inventory control, patient assistance during pickup, POS processing and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operations of the order fulfillment process.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking to meet patient demand.
• Address and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or patient complaints.
• Maintain effective communication among team members for seamless operations.
• Oversee retail dispensary operations during open hours, ensuring the store is organized and patient-ready.
• Assist patients during order pickup, verify IDs, confirm prescriptions and provide product guidance.
• Process retail transactions through the POS system and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Manage order staging and pickup flow to ensure orders are organized, verified and dispensed accurately.
• Maintain a clean, professional retail environment and resolve patient questions promptly.
• Deliver time-sensitive orders to patients and retail locations, maintain accuracy and professionalism.
• Load/unload orders at shift start/end, ensure secure transport.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure all deliveries meet safety standards.
• Verify and collect required delivery documentation, including patient signatures.

TheDispensaryManager(Hybrid)is trustworthy,detailorientated,organizedand responsible. The roleoverseestheday-to-dayoperations of a TXOG dispensary location that functions both as aretail pickup site and a delivery hub.The role is designed as a single operator site to start. Requiring the ability tofulfill orders,manage retail operations, and perform deliveries whilemaintainingcompliance with all state medical cannabis regulations.Retail operations will occur two days per week. With delivery operations occurring approximately three days per week pending patient demand andscheduling.

Fulfillment Functions:

• Superviseoverall operations of the order fulfillment process
• Ensure compliance with state laws and company policies
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate restocking to meet patient demand
• Address and resolve operational issues, such as inventory discrepancies or patient complaints
• Maintain effective communication among team membersto ensure seamless operations

Retail Functions:

• Oversee retail dispensary operations during open hours, ensuring the store is organized, compliant and patient ready
• Assistpatients during order pickup, including verifying ID, confirmingprescriptionsandprovidingproduct guidance
• Process retail transactions accurately through thepoint-of-salesystem andmaintainproper cash handling procedures
• Manage order staging and pickup flow to ensure orders are organized, verified, and dispensed accurately
• Maintain a clean, professional retail environment while resolving patient questions or concernsin a timely manner

Delivery Functions:

• Deliver time sensitive orders to patients and retail locations whilemaintainaccuracy and professionalism
• Load and unloadorders at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring secure transport and handling
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure all deliveriescomply withcompany safety and transportation standards
• Verify and collect all required delivery documentations, including patient signatures
• Communicate with support teams to resolve delivery issues in real time while following all company and TCUP regulations

• Comfortable navigating high-stress situations like regulatory inspections, shipment delays, or system errors
• Ability to lift50 lbs., and perform various physical movements, including reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, and fine motor actions as needed
