Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of work experience in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Technology Engineering.
• Medical Device/Orthopaedics and/or Regulated Industry experience.
• PMP preferred; strong project and portfolio management skills in R&D.

• Drive enterprise-aligned R&D vision, strategy and budgets for Hip and Knee R&D.
• Lead budget planning, consolidation, and portfolio decision-making for R&D.
• Consolidate and report R&D inputs for senior management and LT reviews.
• Shape governance, processes, and operating models to improve execution and growth.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across R&D and supporting functions.
• Own meeting cadences, agendas, and action tracking for R&D LT.
• Promote culture of innovation and executional excellence across R&D.
