Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Director of Business Development for a global engagement solutions provider. The role centers on identifying strategic accounts, crafting entry strategies, leading prospecting campaigns, and building client relationships with SMEs to deliver tailored solutions for Fortune 1000 clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
Large volume sales experience (>$250k per sale).
Experience with broad range of sales cycles (3–12 months).
Career stability with a maximum of three jobs in ten years.
Compensation derived through commissions and bonuses.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Responsibilities

Identify potential accounts, develop an account entry strategy, conduct prospecting campaigns, build relationships, and work with SMEs to deliver solutions aligning with the customer’s objectives.
