Job summary

This hybrid, full-time role requires 5+ years of operations leadership, budget management, CRM proficiency, and a proven ability to improve retention and revenue while coordinating with sales and field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in operations and account management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Facility Service Managers.
• Meet revenue and profit targets and manage expenses.
• Hire/train operational staff including FSMs and Night Managers.
• Maintain client relationships and achieve 90%+ retention.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and ensure site inspections.
• Travel within market up to 50%.
