Job summary

City Wide seeks a Director of Operations to oversee building-maintenance solutions, lead Facility Services Managers, manage client relationships, and drive service quality and growth in a hybrid role across the United States.

You will own revenue targets, manage budgets, develop staff, and ensure client retention above 90%, while partnering with sales to expand non-janitorial services. Expect up to 50% travel and a $650/mo car allowance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in operations and account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience developing and managing departmental budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Facility Service Managers (FSMs) to support clients.
• Achieve annual revenue and profit targets, manage expenses and IC margins.
• Hire, train, and develop operational staff including FSMs and Night Managers.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue growth goals.
• Maintain client relationships and achieve client retention above 90%.
• Build relationships with vendors and Independent Contractors.
• Promote cross-selling into non-janitorial services with the sales team.
• Oversee onboarding and CRM documentation for new clients.
• Conduct weekly field work with FSMs and backfill as needed.
• Travel within the market up to 50%.
• Perform additional operational duties as needed.
