City Wide is seeking a Director of Operations in a hybrid capacity based in California. The role oversees building-maintenance solutions, leads Facility Service Managers, and drives client satisfaction and growth.

Competitive base pay with bonuses and a car allowance supports a broad remit across janitorial and non-janitorial services. The position requires 5+ years of management in operations, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong CRM/MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in operations and account management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Experience developing and managing departmental budgets.
• Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop a team of Facility Service Managers (FSMs).
• Meet or exceed annual revenue and profit targets; manage expenses.
• Hire, train, and coach operational staff including FSMs and Night Managers.
• Drive client retention and expand revenue through cross-selling.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high service quality; oversee onboarding and launches.
• Travel within the market up to 50%.
