Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in software engineering or application development.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership or management overseeing multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering and application development teams.
• Set technical direction, architectural standards, and engineering practices.
• Translate business outcomes into executable technology roadmaps and delivery strategy.
• Lead engineering execution and continuous delivery with emphasis on security and scalability.
