ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development in the Morristown, NJ area. This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week and a strong track record in driving new business development with Fortune 1000 clients.

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in direct B2B sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a proven ability to create and execute account strategies that deliver significant revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
• Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
• Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to six to twelve months).
• History of career stability with a maximum of jobs 4 in the last ten years.
• Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
