Job summary

Electric Reliability Council of Texas seeks a seasoned leader to drive its data products and AI strategy. You will oversee three teams—Data Product Management, Analytics & BI Development, and AI/ML Operations—shaping roadmaps, governance, and delivery aligned with regulatory goals.

You will partner with executives to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets, and ensure responsible AI practices while advancing ERCOT’s data maturity in a dynamic energy market.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years in data products, analytics, BI, AI/ML or related fields.
Proven leadership building scalable data product teams and AI apps.
Experience deploying AI-powered applications in production.

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise data product and AI strategy.
Develop multi-year roadmaps for data product innovation.
Oversee governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices.
Lead budgeting, staffing, and ROI tracking for strategic investments.
Collaborate with executives across IT, regulatory, and business domains.
