Job summary

ERCOT leads data product and AI strategy to drive enterprise data product development, analytics, and AI capabilities. The role oversees three teams—Data Product Management, Analytics & BI Development, and AI/ML Operations—and owns strategy, roadmaps, and governance across reports, dashboards, APIs, and ML models.

You will partner with business domains and leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, using Oracle, Informatica, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Power BI, Cognos, and Foundry

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of job-related experience and 5+ years in a leadership role.
• 10+ years in data products, analytics, BI, AI or generative AI domains.
• Experience building and scaling data products, analytics orgs and AI teams.
