Job summary

EECU in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Manager, AI and Data Analytics to lead enterprise AI, analytics, and data initiatives that enable smarter business decisions, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced member experiences.

You will bridge business and technology teams, establish data governance, and deliver executive dashboards and KPIs while mentoring a high-performing analytics team in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, IT, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics, AI, automation, or BI initiatives.
• Experience managing technical teams and delivering projects in Agile environments.
• Advanced SQL and BI experience.
• Strong communication, able to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, governance and planning for enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and execute AI, automation and analytics strategies to improve processes.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize high-value projects and create roadmaps.
• Lead AI proofs-of-concept and scalable production implementations.
• Develop data strategies, governance, and architecture for analytics readiness.
• Define enterprise reporting standards and executive dashboards.
• Mentor a data analytics team and foster collaboration.
