Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related technical field.
• 8+ years of technology experience; 4-6 years of direct supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster strategic business/technology peer relationships with operating companies and BU leaders.
• Provide safety leadership and compliance without exception; enhance a strong safety culture.
• Promote a winning, high-performance culture; engage and support teams.
• Provide corporate compliance leadership for NERC CIP, security, ethics, and policies.
• Ensure ongoing reliability of technology infrastructure and business solutions.
• Lead financial planning and budgeting in coordination with Technology organization.
• Develop diverse, inclusive teams delivering world-class technology services.
• Provide training opportunities to grow skills and capabilities.
• Prioritize and direct area work activities; optimize resource utilization.
• Manage resources for safe, timely service restoration during outages.
• Lead business continuity planning and disaster recovery for Technology.
