Job summary

InterScripts, Inc. is seeking a Director of Data, AI & Enterprise Business Systems in Richmond, Indiana. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on depth to advance data governance, analytics, automation, and enterprise systems including Epic and Workday.

You will lead a multidisciplinary portfolio spanning data governance, data engineering, analytics, RPA, and system integration. Expect collaboration with clinical, operational, financial, HR, IT, and executive stakeholders to improve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in business/tech.
Master's degree is preferred for advanced insights leadership.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams in data/analytics environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate strategic roadmap for data, AI, analytics, and enterprise systems.
Build and lead Analytics & Insights Center of Excellence.
Lead cross‑functional prioritization among business, clinical, and IT stakeholders.
Govern data governance, definitions, ownership, stewardship and retention policies.
Oversee AI/ML governance, model lifecycle, and clinical/operational use cases.
Own Workday ERP/Prism roadmap, security, reporting, and data feeds.
Manage data engineering, platforms, architecture, warehousing, and archiving.
Lead enterprise analytics, including dashboards, self‑service, and data science.
Oversee Epic Cogito environment (Caboodle/Clarity) and report certification.
Coordinate integration standards (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and RPA program adoption.
Manage budgets, vendors, licenses, and technology investments.
