Job summary

Reid Health seeks a Director of Data, AI & Enterprise Business Systems to lead the data, analytics, automation, AI governance, and enterprise platforms. You will direct the data strategy, ensure reliable data infrastructure, and govern AI/ML models used in clinical or operational decisions.

The role requires extensive Epic experience, strong leadership, and collaboration with clinical, IT, and business stakeholders to drive enterprise analytics and reporting across the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, health informatics, or related field.
• 7+ years in data/analytics or healthcare IT, with leadership experience.
• Direct Epic experience including Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity is required.
• Hands-on data warehousing, BI, and data governance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic plan and goals for data, AI, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Lead Analytics & Insights center of excellence and enable cross-functional prioritization.
• Oversee data governance, AI model lifecycle, and security policies.
• Direct Workday ERP platform roadmap, configuration governance, and reporting.
