Responsibilities

• Set and drive the strategic plan and annual goals for data, AI, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Lead governance for data, AI models, and enterprise data architecture.
• Direct data engineering, platform, and analytics across the health system.
• Oversee the Workday ERP platform roadmap, security, and reporting.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team and recruit, develop, and retain talent.
• Ensure reliable systems, governance, and trusted information for decision‑making.
