Job summary

Reid Health seeks a Director of Data, AI & Enterprise Business Systems to lead data governance, analytics, and ERP platforms across the health system. You will guide priorities with clinical, IT, and business leaders and ensure reliable, secure data and platforms supporting decision-making.

You will oversee Epic Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity, and Workday ecosystems, driving AI governance, model documentation, and regulatory reporting obligations with a strong leadership orientation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, health informatics, or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in data, analytics, enterprise apps, or health IT.
• Leadership: 5+ years leading cross-functional teams.
• Epic experience with Epic EMR, Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic plan and goals for data, AI, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Own data governance, definitions, retention, and classifications.
• Direct data engineering, data platform, architecture, and warehouse health.
• Lead analytics, reporting, dashboards, and data science initiatives.
• Oversee integration standards (HL7, FHIR, API) and interfaces.
• Build and manage RPA, testing, and release governance.
• Manage Workday roadmap, security, and reporting.
