• 10+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise technology, digital transformation, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise system implementations, integrations, and technology strategy initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, business applications, data architecture, and systems integration.
• Experience developing AI, automation, and process optimization solutions within business environments.
• Experience supporting construction, engineering, real estate development, or project-based organizations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and change management capabilities with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
• Lead selection, implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of enterprise business systems and platforms.
