Thomson Reuters is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver Direct Tax Compliance training and expand to related solutions. You will partner with Curriculum Designers and SMEs to create and maintain high-quality training content across instructor-led workshops, on-demand courses, videos, and exams.

You will stay current on tax technology trends and use AI tools to accelerate deliverables, while maintaining accurate billing and time records. Hybrid schedule required.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Direct Tax and tax technology.

Responsibilities

• Instructor-led and virtual training sessions for 10–50+ participants.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Designers and SMEs to identify training needs.
• Update training assets across formats for product releases.
• Analyze learner feedback and training metrics to improve programs.
