Thomson Reuters’ ONE PS Training Team is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver expert training on Indirect Tax Determination and Indirect Tax Compliance solutions. The role includes virtual workshops, onsite sessions, and collaboration with Curriculum Designers to create high-quality content.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in indirect tax or tax technology training, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for onsite sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, finance, business, education, or related field.
• At least two years of indirect tax, tax technology, tax compliance, or customer-facing product training.
• Experience delivering live and virtual training for groups of 10–50+ participants.
• Ability to design hands-on learning activities and adapt to changing products.

Responsibilities

• Lead product training focused on Indirect Tax Determination and Indirect Tax Compliance.
• Deliver virtual multi-client workshops and dedicated client sessions; provide onsite training when needed.
• Partner with Curriculum Designers, Professional Services Implementers, and SMEs to identify training needs and effective delivery methods.
• Review and synthesize input to co-create training that supports business transformation.
• Provide deep Indirect Tax Determination and Indirect Tax Compliance expertise to customers and partners.
• Update training assets for product releases across formats, including workshops, webinars, and exams.
