National Audubon Society in New York, NY seeks a Coordinator, Direct Response to support direct mail campaigns, donor communications, and back-office operations. The role partners with the Senior Manager and Manager to drive fundraising growth and campaign efficiency.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing and 1–2 years of admin experience, with Salesforce/EveryAction experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a closely related field preferred.
• At least 1-2 years’ administrative support experience; nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
• Detail oriented with strong follow-through.
• Work independently on assigned tasks.
• Experience managing relationships with agencies and outside partners preferred.
• Ability to solve problems, meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and manage resources effectively is essential.
• Proficiency in database usage - Salesforce and/or EveryAction is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Mansioni

• Assist with production functions related to direct mail campaigns and data review.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgements, inventory tracking, data reviews and copy refreshes.
• Serve as primary contact for Supporter Care and back up for emergencies.
• Provide administrative support to canvassing and telemarketing programs.
• Track premium inventory and fulfillment for the direct mail program.
• Coordinate and reconcile postage accounts and donor records.
• Handle invoicing, filing, and meeting coordination for the team.
• Make basic updates to Direct Response web pages.
