Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Product Manager in Phoenix to lead Microsoft 365 initiatives and align product roadmap with business objectives. The role focuses on adoption, vendor management, and delivering value across enterprise clients.

You will work in a hybrid environment with 4 days onsite, collaborate with engineering, security, design, and vendors, and ensure regulatory and security requirements are met for financial services clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years driving enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• 2+ years of strategic analysis and technology implementation in a B2B setting.
• 2+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft product portfolio, licensing, vendor relationships, costs, and roadmap alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct product analysis, market research, and business case development to support product strategy.
• Partner with engineering, security, design, and external vendors to deliver and sustain Microsoft solutions.
• Drive customer adoption, utilization, and ROI for Microsoft 365 and related products.
• Gather and translate customer feedback into product enhancements and new service offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and Microsoft roadmap updates to guide product direction.
• Serve as Product Owner within Agile teams by creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing backlogs.
• Track adoption metrics, user engagement, training effectiveness, and release readiness.
• Lead change management and communication efforts for Microsoft solution rollouts.
• Ensure products meet financial services regulatory and security requirements.
