Job summary

VML is seeking a Program Manager – Digital (Website, Platforms) to lead website development projects and content initiatives. You will own roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation, working with design, development, content strategy, SEO, and marketing teams.

You will ensure project scope, timelines, and quality standards are met, while guiding junior staff and optimizing workflows in a hybrid, office‑heavy setup.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in web project management or content management.
• Proven track record launching complex website projects and content migrations.
• Deep understanding of web development lifecycle, content strategy, and SEO.
• Technical proficiency with CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data‑driven improvements.
• Client management experience and agency environment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead website development projects and content initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; create timelined project plans.
• Mitigate roadblocks; ensure projects stay on budget and on schedule.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication; provide updates and manage expectations.
• Oversee QA across web development and content creation processes.
• Develop content calendars, workflows, and governance for SEO‑driven content.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
