Job summary

VML is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support one of its largest clients in the CPG space. You will lead cross-functional teams, deploy defined processes, and manage multiple activities across campaigns and programs.

You will mentor teams, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, communicate status, and drive delivery to deadlines. The role offers a hybrid work model with competitive benefits and a base salary range of $45,000–$110,000 USD.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing projects in an agency setting.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of integrated campaigns and best practices.
• Experience in scoping, timelines, and resource management.
• Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Deep passion for social media marketing and advertising industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage multiple client projects, refining processes and solutions.
• Monitor project health, including resourcing, profitability and burn rates.
• Support RFP responses, contracts, and scopes of work; manage client relationships.
