Trinnex is seeking a results‑driven Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard SaaS deployments and high‑value consulting engagements in a hybrid work environment.

You will drive product implementations, manage data integrations, and ensure margins on both software and professional services are protected through disciplined forecasting and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SaaS product implementations.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to manage blended product and professional services engagements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a hybrid mix of standard SaaS product implementations and custom digital services.
• Coordinate product deployments, tenancy configuration, cloud deployment, and training milestones.
• Deliver custom technical services and digital transformation assessments.
• Produce monthly forecasts and re-budget labor with accounting.
• Conduct routine portfolio cleanups and formalize contract closeouts.
• Maximize contract revenue by managing invoicing and cost controls.
• Enforce boundaries between subscriptions and professional services; justify modifications.
