Job summary

TransImpact is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex client engagements within our Professional Services organization. You'll bring together clients, consultants, developers, analysts, and internal teams to turn project objectives into successful outcomes.

This senior individual-contributor role requires confident communication with executives, disciplined control over scope, schedule, and budget, and the ability to anticipate and mitigate issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field with 6–10 years of PM experience.
• Experience leading complex client-facing projects independently.
• Experience in SaaS, software implementation, analytics or consulting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages a portfolio of 6–8 client engagements.
• Lead complex software, SaaS, analytics, and consulting engagements.
• Build and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Serve as primary project and commercial contact for clients.
• Lead recurring project-status meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate consultants, analysts, developers, and client teams.
• Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Monitor project financial performance and forecasts.
