You will balance software deployment governance with billable services, ensuring scalable configurations and rigorous labor management to protect margins and maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and serve as the primary Project Manager for a hybrid mix of standard SaaS product implementations and custom digital services of moderate to high complexity.
• Partner with Customer Success to orchestrate software deployments, ensure tenancy configuration and cloud deployment are on schedule.
• Manage custom services including digital transformation assessments, data integration architectures, and client-specific programming sprints.
• conduct monthly forecasts in EcoSys and coordinate with project accounting to adjust labor budgets and track execution.
• Perform routine portfolio cleanups, submit system closeouts after contract periods end, and ensure invoices are accurate and timely.
