Job summary

Trinnex is hiring a Senior Digital Water Account Executive to build and manage a strong sales pipeline for digital water solutions. You will develop client relationships, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies across the US.

You will work with leadership and internal teams to deliver client-focused plans, while maintaining rigorous CRM records and meeting reporting requirements. Travel to client sites in the Central US/Great Lakes region is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Develop and communicate clear value propositions and business outcomes to decision-makers within client organizations.
• Build, manage, and advance a robust sales pipeline across all stages of the sales cycle, including forecasting and revenue tracking.
• Manage client relationships through regular engagement to understand needs, identify opportunities, and ensure long-term partnership growth.
• Translate client needs and pain points into tailored sales strategies for digital and SaaS-based solutions.
• Participate in contract negotiations and support timely resolution of client sales issues.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records, forecasts, and client documentation within the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Partner with leadership to support sales strategies, targets, and market positioning.
• Provide feedback, guidance, and informal training to support team effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as required.
