Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution across software products and client-facing projects, delivering on time and within budget with quality and security.
• Define and execute technology, platform, and architecture strategies to improve performance and reliability.
• Manage priorities, capacity, risks, and tradeoffs across a diverse project portfolio.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities and customer needs.
• Establish governance, metrics, and best practices to improve software quality and operational resilience.
