Job summary

Trinnex is seeking a Director of Digital Technology Operations & Innovation to lead the strategy, execution, and technical health of our software engineering organization. You will drive scalable, secure software delivery and foster ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

You will shape technology strategy, guide platform scalability, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled development while partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 15+ years of related experience in software/engineering leadership.
• Experience leading software engineering organizations responsible for product development and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with AI/ML, data platforms, and geospatial technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering strategy, delivery, and architecture for software products and client projects.
• Define technology strategy, platform scalability, and security governance.
• Mentor engineering managers, build high-performing teams, and enable upskilling.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to align investments with priorities.
