Job summary

Trinnex seeks a highly commercial Digital Products & Services Project Manager to oversee a blended portfolio of standard software product implementations and custom consulting engagements. You will manage deployments (leadCAST, waterCAST) and lead data integration, roadmap delivery, and client-facing governance.

The role balances software configurations at scale with billable professional services to protect margins and maximize revenue across public sector utility projects.

Qualifications

• Must have bachelor-level degree and 5+ years related experience.
• Strong PM capabilities with SaaS/product deployments and professional services.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage margins across software and services.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and PMI/methodology practices.
