Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of digital product management experience in enterprise SaaS or HR technology.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD including Employee Center, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions and backlogs.
• Proven ability to manage product backlog, prioritize demands, and drive enhancements using Agile.
• Excellent analytical skills with KPIs, SLAs, and feedback to inform decisions.
• Strong communication and influencing abilities across stakeholders.
• Experience leading and developing team members.
• Familiarity with enterprise HR systems and data security.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HRSD platform and knowledge management.
• Establish KPIs and performance standards, monitor adoption and self-service impact.
• Own Employee Center experience, AI adoption, search, personalization, and accessibility.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch, including release planning.
• Build relationships with global stakeholders and coach team members.
