Job summary

Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a leader for the People Team to own the ServiceNow HRSD platform, aligning HR processes with IT capabilities while driving AI-driven support and high-quality knowledge content.

You will guide the team to deliver robust self-service and insights through advanced dashboards. You will collaborate across HR and IT, ensure Day 1 readiness for new programs, and manage global knowledge delivery to optimize employee experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations, HR Technology or Service Management.
• 3 years experience leading people.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow (HRSD) or similar platform from a functional perspective.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Team lead for the ServiceNow (HRSD) platform and translate HR process needs into platform reality.
• Manage intake and prioritization of ServiceNow enhancements to evolve the platform for a global People team.
• Drive AI features setup and optimization to provide predictive, high-quality employee responses.
• Lead a writers team to develop clear, actionable content; ensure Now Assist is powered by accurate knowledge.
• Define global information structure, tagging, and delivery for effective Tier 0 self-service.
• Lead a Data Analyst to build dashboards tracking knowledge effectiveness, automation ROI, and sentiment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified employee experience across the company.
• Partner with our COEs team to ensure new programs are launched with ready knowledge articles on Day 1.
