Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for assigned products.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, user needs, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, development, business, and QA teams to drive delivery.
• Manage lifecycle activities from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Align product capabilities with business objectives through stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage ServiceNow knowledge to support decisions and identify process improvements.
• Drive requirements related to ServiceNow IRM, Issue Management, or related modules.
• Monitor performance, manage dependencies and risks, ensure timely delivery.
