Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks a Product Manager for HR Shared Services (HRSS) who will own the technology stack supporting HR operations, employees, managers, and stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience supporting HR technology and related service delivery.
• Experience as product owner/manager for enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and case management platforms.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage backlogs, and lead tech implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR Operations, Shared Services, and HR processes.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of new solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the HRSS technology roadmap aligned to HRSS strategy and operating model.
• Establish product vision, priorities, and investment recommendations for HR service delivery technologies.
• Own product lifecycle management including strategy, backlog, priority, implementation, and sustainment.
• Ensure platforms support evolving business needs and organizational priorities.
• Maintain governance, design standards, documentation, and operating procedures.
