Responsibilities

• Demonstrate solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier's checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes.
• Understand and apply regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and internal policies to mitigate operational and compliance risk.
• Analyze complex payment scenarios, identify root causes, resolve exceptions efficiently, and make sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses.
• Effectively partner with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support operational objectives.
